RestAI is a multi-tenant hospitality system: point of sale, kitchen orders and inventory for restaurants, with integrated SUNAT electronic invoicing to operate without friction with the tax authority.
The challenge
A restaurant needs its cash register, kitchen and invoicing to work together, and an operator running several locations can’t maintain separate systems. The goal was a multi-tenant POS with Peruvian electronic invoicing, without depending on fragile integrations.
What we did
A complete hospitality system:
- Point of sale with orders sent to the kitchen.
- Inventory and recipe management.
- SUNAT electronic invoicing (receipts and invoices).
- Multi-tenant model to manage several restaurants or locations.
How we built it
We modelled the hospitality domain as a multi-tenant system from the start: each restaurant isolates its catalogue, inventory and receipt numbering. SUNAT invoicing is treated as a module with explicit states, so every receipt is auditable as issued, cancelled or rejected.
Results
A restaurant runs register, kitchen and invoicing in a single system, and the operator scales to more locations without duplicating infrastructure. Electronic issuance is integrated, not bolted on.
