El Patrón is a barbershop with a vintage feel: classic cuts, straight-razor shaves and beard trims. They lived off WhatsApp bookings and walk-ins. We built them a website that keeps that character and lets people book online without losing the neighborhood touch.
The challenge
You come back to a barbershop for the result and the atmosphere. The brand had a good product and a place with personality, but none of that showed online: no clear pricing, no cut gallery, no way to book outside opening hours. Chat bookings flooded the phone and appointments overlapped. The job was to bring the in-shop experience to the screen and tidy up the schedule.
What we did
Design and build of the site, focused on booking:
- A service menu with pricing (cut, beard, shave, combos).
- A cut gallery that conveys the house style.
- A booking system with barber, service and available time slot.
- WhatsApp reminders and contact with a pre-filled message.
- Location with a map and opening hours.
- Local SEO for searches like “barbershop near me”.
How we built it
The vintage identity called for fonts with character and high-resolution photos, so we watched the weight: optimized images, local fonts and an LCP under a second. We meet AA accessibility so booking is easy on any phone. For technical SEO we added local-business structured data, hours and reviews, a sitemap and metadata. The booking system prevents overlaps and notifies via WhatsApp, so the barber starts the day with the schedule in order.
Results
The site turned interest into real appointments. Online bookings grew, the schedule filled out better on weekdays, and the fast load made booking from a phone a matter of seconds.
