Serenity Spa offers treatments and relaxation packages, and needed a site that conveyed calm from the first scroll and let people book without friction. We designed a serene site that shows the services and the facilities and turns a visit into a treatment booking.
The challenge
The spa drew clients by word of mouth, but anyone searching online found little: no clear treatment catalogue and no way to book. Enquiries came in by message and were handled by hand, leaving gaps in the schedule that went unfilled. They needed a site that sold the experience and opened booking at any hour.
What we did
Site design and build, focused on booking and ranking:
- A catalogue of services and relaxation packages with duration and price.
- Online treatment booking, choosing service and time slot.
- A facilities gallery showing rooms, areas and atmosphere.
- A visual structure and rhythm built to convey calm.
- Local SEO to appear in spa searches in the area.
- An accessible, fast design optimized for mobile.
How we built it
A spa site lives or dies on its first visual impression, so we made sure heavy images didn’t wreck performance: modern formats, lazy loading and a low LCP so the page comes in under a second on mobile. Calm is also technical: no layout shifts, no waiting.
Booking was solved in a few steps, choosing treatment and time without needless sign-ups. For SEO we worked the local ranking with structured data, well-described services and consistency with the Google profile. The site meets AA accessibility, with good contrast and keyboard navigation.
Results
With booking open around the clock, treatment bookings grew and the schedule began filling gaps that used to sit empty, lifting room occupancy. And with the page loading in under a second on mobile, fewer visitors leave before they see what’s on offer.
