The clinic handled consultations, vaccinations, surgery and emergencies, but its online presence reflected none of it. They needed a website that explained the services, introduced the medical team and let people book without calling.
The challenge
The phone was the only channel. Booking a consultation meant calling during office hours, and emergencies —which show up at night and on weekends— ran into a site with no clear information on how and when to come in. The clinic lost appointments and pet owners lost time at a stressful moment.
What we did
We designed and built the full website, focused on booking and on handling emergencies.
- Service catalog by type (consultation, vaccination, surgery, follow-up)
- Medical team profiles with specialty and experience
- Online appointment system with service and time-slot selection
- A 24/7 emergency section visible from any page
- Direct contact button and location with a map
- A fast, readable page on mobile, where most traffic lands
How we built it
We optimized for speed: compressed images, lightweight fonts and an LCP under a second and a half on mobile. The emergency section is pinned and always one tap away, because that’s where time really matters.
We worked the local SEO: a well-structured business listing, business data (hours, address, phone) marked up with structured data, and per-service content to show up for searches like “vet near me” and “emergency vet.” AA accessibility on contrast, keyboard navigation and forms.
Results
Online bookings grew once the phone dependency was gone, emergencies now have clear access at any hour, and the site loads in an instant even on mobile data. The clinic captures visits and turns them into consultations with no manual effort.
