Café Artesanal roasted and sold specialty coffee from its shop, but had no way to charge online. They wanted a store of their own to sell beans and subscriptions without relying on scattered WhatsApp messages or a marketplace that takes a cut.

The challenge

Sales depended on who walked into the shop. Every remote order was a manual conversation: confirm stock, work out shipping, collect payment details. With no clear catalog and no checkout, they lost customers who just wanted to buy a bag and have it delivered.

What we did

We built the full store, ready to sell from day one.

  • Bean catalog organized by origin, roast and grind format
  • Product pages with tasting notes, weight and presentation options
  • Cart and checkout in a few steps, no forced sign-up
  • Payment gateway with cards and automatic shipping calculation
  • Recurring coffee subscription (monthly or biweekly)
  • Admin panel to manage stock, orders and prices without touching code

How we built it

We made speed a priority: optimized images, lazy loading in the product gallery and an LCP under two seconds on mobile, where most buying happens. The checkout is deliberately short, with clear per-field validation so no one abandons the cart over friction.

We took care of AA accessibility (contrast, keyboard navigation, form labels) and technical SEO: structured product data, clean per-origin URLs and per-page metadata to capture “specialty coffee” searches and brewing-method queries.

Results

The store runs on its own: the team manages stock and orders from a panel, and customers buy without middlemen. Online sales grew, monthly orders tripled, and the store loads fast even on mobile connections.
