Flora & Pétalos is a florist selling bouquets and arrangements for special dates. They sold through scattered messages and photos over chat, with no catalog where customers could browse at ease. They wanted a store that looked beautiful, organized orders and closed the sale over WhatsApp.
The challenge
Flowers are bought by occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, condolences, “just because”. Each reason calls for a different tone and a different bouquet, and a flat gallery didn’t convey that. On top of that, most orders came in over WhatsApp across split hours, with repeated questions about price, availability and delivery. The owner answered by hand, one at a time, and lost sales after closing time.
What we did
We built the full store, made for a florist:
- A catalog browsable by occasion, not just by flower type.
- Product pages with photo, sizes and clear pricing, no surprises.
- A simple cart and checkout, ready from day one.
- Order close over WhatsApp with the summary already assembled.
- A bot that answers prices, availability and delivery areas after hours.
- A romantic, warm design, consistent with the brand.
How we built it
We prioritized a fast store that’s easy to update: a catalog the owner can manage herself, with images optimized so mobile loads without waiting. The handoff to WhatsApp carries the order already formed — products, quantities and occasion — so nothing has to be repeated in chat.
The bot covers the frequent questions and routes to a person when the case calls for it, so no one is left without an answer at midnight. We kept accessibility at AA and a catalog structure that helps find the bouquet by reason in a few taps.
Results
With the by-occasion catalog and a structured WhatsApp close, orders through that channel grew and sales tied to specific dates multiplied. Add-on suggestions on the product page raised the average order value.
