ViajaPerú builds packages to destinations across the country: Cusco, the jungle, the northern coast. They sold through social media and WhatsApp, with no site to showcase the trips or collect requests. We built a portal that presents the destinations, lets people request quotes and captures bookings without losing the personal touch.
The challenge
A trip is decided by looking at photos and comparing prices, but also by asking questions. ViajaPerú’s content was scattered across posts and chats, and every quote was rebuilt by hand. They needed a site that inspired with strong images and, at the same time, structured the request so they could reply fast and not lose the customer in a flood of messages.
What we did
Design and build of the portal, plus the SEO and acquisition that activate it:
- Destination pages with a gallery, itinerary and what each package includes.
- A trip finder by destination, duration and season.
- A quote form with dates, number of travelers and preferences.
- Booking with a deposit and direct WhatsApp contact.
- Local and content SEO for searches like “packages to Cusco”.
- An FAQ section on payments, changes and cancellations.
How we built it
Images matter in travel, so we optimized them to keep the site fast without losing quality: modern formats, lazy loading and a low LCP. We meet AA accessibility and left technical SEO ready —travel structured data, sitemap, per-destination metadata— to capture seasonal organic traffic. The quote form connects to WhatsApp and email, so the team replies with full context and closes faster.
Results
The portal centralized demand that used to dissolve across social feeds. Quote requests grew sharply, online bookings doubled, and organic traffic rose as destination pages ranked for seasonal searches.
